Temporary Electronic Banking Outage on 8 August due to banking platform upgrade
We’re upgrading our electronic banking platform. During the upgrade, you will not be able to make transactions using overseas-issued credit cards* locally-issued Westpac Handycards, Westpac American Express and Westpac Visa Debit cards at Westpac ATMs, EFTPOS, and Internet Payment Gateway service (for purchases made over the Internet for Westpac online merchants) in the following counties:

*Foreign credit cards include cards issued by Westpac and other financial institutions overseas and VISA and MasterCards issued by other local banks.
